Where is my order?
To keep costs low and savings high for you, we ship the majority of our kits directly from our warehouses and production facilities in Canton Province, China. Delivery times typically range from 12-30 days, depending on your location (excluding processing times).
How can I track my order?
To follow the progress of your order, simply input the tracking ID from your Shipping Confirmation email into the tracking tool on our Tracking Page.

If you haven’t received a Shipping Confirmation yet, your order is still being processed and should be completed within a week.
How long does it take to process an order?
The delivery times mentioned do not include the time it takes to process your order.

KITS FROM CHINA

Stock Designs: Processing stock designs (non-custom kits) typically takes 3-5 business days.

Custom Kits: Processing time for custom kits is around 5-10 business days. This timeframe may extend depending on any required customer revisions.

KITS FROM US

US-based Kits: Please allow 2-4 business days for processing.

Processing times can vary depending on the time of year. During peak seasons (e.g., the holiday season), stock design processing may take up to 10 business days, while custom kits may require up to 15 business days.
What shipping provider do you use?
Your package will be delivered through your local carrier (such as USPS in the US) after clearing customs. Delivery times can fluctuate based on factors such as seasonal demand, customs processing, and the efficiency of your local postal service.
