Refund Policy
How Refunds and Returns Are Processed
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it for a full refund within 50 days of the purchase date.
Please note that returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received and should include the original packaging.
Note: We do not provide refunds for diamond paintings that are partially completed.
To start a return, kindly contact us at support@mosaicpride.com. Your email should include the following information:
- Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- The name of the person who placed the order
- The email address used when placing the order
Our Customer Service team will respond to your request within 24 hours.
Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and unfortunately, these costs are non-refundable. If you are in the United States, we suggest using USPS Flat Rate Shipping for returning your items.
Please include a copy of your order confirmation email inside the package for reference. Alternatively, you can write your order number on the outside of the package in large, clear letters, or print out a shipping label.
If You Haven’t Received Your Order Yet…
Our production and warehouse facilities are based in Asia, and it typically takes 9-30 business days for orders to arrive.
If your order is still in transit, we are unable to process a refund.
In very rare cases, shipping may take longer than 30 business days, particularly during busy holiday seasons in the US. If your order exceeds 30 business days in transit, please reach out to Customer Support at support@mosaicpride.com, and we will assist you in tracking your order.
